I was born in New Orleans and that definitely will effect you as a writer. No city can be at one time so bawdy and noble, enlightened and inebriated… In a city isolated in the deep south, but serving as a gateway to the world, you are bound to have some serious dichotomies.

Moving to Monterey, CA was a culture shock. New Orleans bawdy and laid back doesn’t translate well here, but I survive.

I also have over 20 years of professional game development experience and have served in lead positions such as designer, producer, and art director on seven published game titles including Dead Reckoning and Americas’ Army and worked as a background artist at EA.

I have also authored numerous books, ran my own computer game company for ten years, and currently I own MasterWerx Studios, an animatronic prop shop in Monterey, CA.
